How To Join Lic
Procedure to Become LIC Agent
- Educational Qualification: 10th pass
- Mandatory Training for 25 hours.(Offline/Online)
1). Offline Training is of 5 Days Duration.
2). Online Training: As Per Your Convenient Timing. - Passing of IRDA Examination.
Fees:
- Rs.150 for Registration.
- Rs.150 for Online Training fees
{No Fees for Offline Training}. - Rs.100 for Book.
- Rs.525 for Online Exam.
- Total you have to pay:-
1). Rs. 925 for Online.
2). Rs. 775 for Offline.
Documents:
- 4 Colour passport size photo.
- Photo copy of 10th/Diploma marksheet /
Degree certificate. - Photo copy of Pan card.
- Photo copy of Aadhar Card.
- Cancelled Cheque or Bank Passbook Details.
Registration & Training:
Upon successful registration, you will be undergoing 25-Hrs Online Training to make you aware of theoretical aspects of Life Insurance which is very much required from the examination point of view. In addition to ONLINE TRAINING, we would be providing you practical training at your convenient timings to make you aware of Marketing skills needed to succeed in your Career with LIC.
Exam:
After successful completion of training you will have to appear online examination.
Exam will be of 50 marks and questions will be objective type.
You have to score 18 marks to pass exam.
Appointment:
After passing the examination, you will be awarded appointment letter and you will become part of a great Organisation i.e. LIC OF INDIA.

- Prospecting: Identifying the prospective customers and fixing appointment.
- Need Analysis: Identifying the needs and getting the prospect agree that need exists. (i.e. Family Income Provision, Children Education and Marriage Provision or Retirement Income Provision.)
- Plan Presentation: Suggesting suitable plans that fulfill the needs as agreed by the prospect.
- Closing the Sale: Convincing the prospect that you have suggested the best possible solution for his needs and ask for the order.
